The 2010 4th Annual Eastern Shore Regional Poker Classic was held Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury, Maryland. Usually the ESRPC is a two day event, this year iit was held as a one day event. The Main Event started with 184 players. The first hand started at 10:10AM and the last hand was dealt at 10:25PM. When play concluded the blinds were $100,000/$200,000 with a $10,000 ante with 12 minutes before the $150,000/$300,000 level. First place was $12,000 and they paid a total of 19 Places. The final four decided on a chop. Giving the chip leader won $10,000 and the remaining three won $5,033 each. The playes seemed to enjoy the $40,000 in starting chips and the 30 minute blind format. There were $7.4 million in chips in play.
In other news for the event, there were six cash games going deep into the night. Including a $10/20 limit dealers choice (Omaha/Hold'em) and several $1/2 No-limit games and a $5/5 No-limit game. Due to the low turnout the 2nd Chance Tournament wound up being a three table multi-table SNG and had 30 players.

These events benefit the "Tomorrow Fund" of the Friends of the Parks and Recreation Department. The Tomorrow Fund benefits underprevilaged youth sports programs. By providing sports scholarships enabling Wicomico youth the opportunity to participate in recreational programs.
